-
Pop-Up Kirtan
Thursday, December 4th, 6:45 - 7:30PM
At Kula: Yoga, Fitness, and Social Lounge (by donation!)
We’ll be sharing Kirtan at KULA on Thursday, December 4th at 6:45PM, and would LOVE for YOU to join us in sharing Bhakti, creating new connections & expanding our sangha!!
Kirtan is an integral practice in Bhakti Yoga, the Yoga of Love and Devotion. It is a meditation practice & process of purifying, filtering the consciousness, with the goal to remember the inherent nature of the soul and how to love all beings! That experience of love then becomes the shelter and foundation of our life, and we integrate compassion & LOVE in our heart into whatever we do. -
Sound, Stillness + Surrender: a Bhakti Yoga Experience
Two opportunities to join us for this special workshop!
Friday, December 12th, 6:00 - 8:00PM at Williston Hot Yoga
Saturday, January 3rd, 5:30 - 7:30PMat KULA: Yoga, Fitness, and Social Lounge
Join Kishori Gopi & Shamyaprasa for a 2-hour workshop exploring the practices and teachings of Bhakti Yoga—the Yoga of the Heart. Together, we’ll weave through a quiet Yin Flow asana practice, timeless yoga philosophy from the ancient Vedic texts, and the sacred vibrations of mantra meditation through live Kirtan (call-and-response chanting).
Through stillness, sound, and surrender, you’ll experience yoga beyond the physical — open your heart & mind to Divine Love — discovering how to live your yoga off the mat with a devoted heart in all your actions, service, and relationships. -
Sacred Breath: Hawaiian HA Healing Journey
Saturday, December 20th, 4:00 - 6:00PM
At Laughing River Yoga
Step into a sacred space where body, mind, and spirit can breathe freely. In this two-hour guided journey, we’ll unite the ancient Hawaiian HA breathwork technique with gentle yoga asana, soulful chanting, and nurturing Lomi Lomi-inspired bodywork to unlock a profound healing pathway within.
Through gentle movement, you’ll open the body and connect to your inner rhythm. Then, through chanting, we’ll awaken our intentions, inviting Divine energy to infuse every cell. During the breathwork journey, as you move through conscious exhalations and expansive inhales of the Hawaiian HA breath, you’ll receive nurturing Lomi Lomi-inspired bodywork— using techniques designed to help release blocked energy and encourage deep healing & restoring. This bodywork supports and amplifies the releasing process, allowing for greater clarity and an abundant sense of renewal across all levels: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual.
