Soul-Wise Pilgrimage to India

Mumbai • Govardhan Eco Village • Mayapur
January 22nd – February 4th, 2027
With Kishori Gopi & Śamyāprāsa

Our journey begins…

There are journeys we take… and then there are journeys that awaken us.

This pilgrimage is an invitation into something deeper than travel or a vacation—a spiritual adventure, a return to the heart, to devotion, to truth.

We begin in Mumbai, immersed in the beauty and celebration of the Transcendental Flower Festival at Chowpatty Temple. From there, we journey to the serene and sacred Govardhan Eco Village, where nature, wisdom, and community meet. Here, we slow down… we listen… we soften… we remember. And we have intimate time with His Holiness Radhanath Swami.

Our final destination is Mayapur—the birthplace of Mahaprabhu and the Sankirtan movement. A land alive with devotion, where the holy names are sung, the Ganges flows, and the heart is invited to fully open.

This is a pilgrimage to the sacred within you, to awaken the wisdom of your soul.

Accommodations

Throughout our journey, you will be held in spaces that support both comfort and spiritual depth.

  • Mumbai: Stay near Chowpatty Temple, allowing easy access to festival celebrations and sacred gatherings

  • Govardhan Eco Village: A stunning, eco-conscious ashram nestled in nature, offering peaceful rooms, nourishing meals, and a deeply sattvic environment

  • Mayapur: Soul to Soul, comfortable accommodations within a vibrant devotional community, off the main campus with a quieter atmosphere, but still close to temples and sacred sites

Each space has been intentionally chosen to support rest, reflection, connection, and spiritual immersion.

FAQ’s

  • It is recommended to visit a travel medicine clinic, your physician, or have a consult with an Ayurvedic expert to discuss any proactive measures you could/should take.

  • You can expect a livening experience to boost your soul and open your mind! But at the same time, please keep in mind that this is India and you should not expect US standards. We are traveling as Yogis and thus we will live simply but comfortably. As a cultural and spiritual experience note that we will be eating healthy but primarily vegetarian food with little to no alcoholic beverages. Please be comfortable with these limitations prior to signing up for this trip. The experiences you will have are designed to be transformational in spirit!

  • We will be traveling by private professional buses/vans and also one internal flight. If you have tendencies to get car sick, it is recommended to bring some over the counter medication, as the trips will be several hours in length.

  • Our whole trip will be in English, and everyone speaks English in all the places we will go.

  • You’ll want to fly into Mumbai airport. Currently, there are many round-trip flight options out of the Northeast U.S. for around $665-$1300. You need to arrive on or before January 25th. The retreat will end on February 7th with transport to the India Gandhi International Airport (so we recommend booking your return flight from New Delhi, NOT Mumbai). We will arrive by 1 pm to the airport, so it's best to book any international flights from 4 pm onwards. For flight recommendations, feel free to ask us.

“The Transcendent India Pilgrimage was life-changing. It was so wonderful to be held by such amazing teachers and guides as we made our way through some of the holy places in India. I am still finding the words for my experience. I am so fortunate to have the association of all these beautiful souls and I am forever grateful. I think about India constantly and have a longing to go back that I never expected.”

Martine:

“I said that I wanted to crack open in India during this trip, this spiritual pilgrimage. I did just that. My heart opened more fully than ever before and this was the experience I had yearned for. The people, the places, the feelings, the energy, the space - it all came together as it was meant to in such a profound, special way. It is indescribable as matters of the heart seem to be, meant to be felt and experienced first hand.”

Bryan:

“This is a life changing pilgrimage. We are talking about lasting change. I formed heartfelt bonds with people while learning the beauty and power of good association. Kishori, Shamya and team provided the perfect amount of guidance and support along a heart opening spiritual journey.”

Grace:

“This pilgrimage was heavenly, literally & figuratively. It definitely exceeded my expectations on a spiritual level & with the comfort of accommodations. With Kishori & Shamya at the helm, I knew we were in the best hands; the trip was very well mapped out with the years of experience of our guides. I didn’t want to miss a minute of what they had planned for us. There was always someone around to help with any situation that might arise & they were all easily accessible to help in any way possible. The whole trip was infused with bhakti, which made it even more meaningful & educational for a beginning bhakta like myself. The other travelers were amazing souls - so caring & helpful. I felt like we were one big family on a family spiritual vacation. I could not have been guided to a better introduction to spiritual India than by these souls I trust so much. ”
