Kishori
Kishori is a spiritual teacher who is a conduit of divine love, and a vehicle for Divinity's grace to heal and awaken. In this lifetime, her medicine is to help beings live radiantly and die gracefully through the practices of Bhakti Yoga, Energy healing & Reiki, and End of Life Doula Work.
Kishori Gopi is her given devotional/yogic name in the Bhakti Yoga Lineage in which she is connected to the disciplic succession of teacher to student from thousands of years — Kishori is another name for young Radharani (the goddess, divine feminine, and consort of Krishna/Divine Masculine) in the mood of a Gopi (cowherd girl) eternally loving and dancing with Divinity.
She teaches weekly yoga asana classes in Vermont, which are infused with yogic philosophy and flowing creative sequences connecting mind, body, and spirit like a cosmic dance. Kishori also leads international yoga retreats, and offers free Kirtan’s (congregational chanting/mantra meditation) with her Kirtan Band (Kishori & the Kartels). She also runs her own business in which she offers both group and 1-on-1 programs for energetic healing and deepening of your spiritual practice (meditation, subtle body healing, philosophy, and living yoga).

Srinivas Acharya Das
Currently living somewhere between the proverbial rock and a hard place... the Waitsfield Inn and the Swanson Inn two properties entrusted to our Ohana (family) to grow and expand into gathering places for those inclined to dive deeper into the realms of existence that yield Love, preferably divine love. That properly nurtured will propel one to a place of happiness and bliss.
I am a long time seeker of this divine love, living most of my adult life in Hawaii, by way of Brooklyn New York, my jump shot on the playgrounds of Brooklyn was never good enough to propel me any ware except to an orthopedic surgeons office. I quickly pivoted no pun intended, and spent years as a monk in the Krishna movement where I learned to make prasadam, sanctified yummy vegetarian food offered to the supreme Lord Sri Krishna. Along the way I managed to raise 7 children and start a number of business, and voila here I am… caretaker of the Swanson Inn… soon to be Mill Brook Inn and Retreat Center.
Hoping to serve you all soon.
Aloha Nui Loa....

Benj Spound
My experience in healing arts began while traveling in Asia, studying Buddhist psychology and eastern philosophy, and practicing meditation. In 2016, I discovered Hawaiian Lomilomi Massage in a moment of pure synchronicity and was instantly drawn to it because of its heart-centered, holistic approach and its capacity to go beyond standard massage, accessing the psychological and spiritual realms as well as the physical. Over the next few years, I had the privilege of training in several lineages of Lomilomi with some excellent teachers. I founded Vermont Holistic Bodywork in 2016 and have been practicing and teaching Lomilomi Massage, Breathwork, The Body Tune Up method for healing Leaky Gut Syndrome, and more. I am honored and excited to be sharing Lomilomi with you all on this amazing retreat!
About Lomilomi
(Benj will be offering massage sessions during this retreat!)
Lomilomi is the traditional bodywork of Hawai'i. It has existed since ancient times and been passed down through the generations by the Kahunas and healers of the islands. The movements of Lomi are inspired by the ocean waves, deep, rhythmic, and flowing. They are highly effective at moving energy and bringing the body, mind, and spirit into alignment. Sessions can also include stretches, twists, and joint rotations to create space in the body and release blockages.
Breath is very important during the Lomi sessions. Deep rhythmic breathing is a powerful catalyst for releasing tension, trauma, and unhealthy beliefs, so I will often guide some breathwork or meditation at the beginning, and encourage you to continue throughout the session, which will enhance the benefits you experience.
