  • Soul Flow

    Saturday, June 29th at the BURLINGTON SURF CLUB from 1:00-3:00PM

    A creative & fluid Vinyasa flow is the core of this class, inviting students to move with intention and in rhythm with the breath. This soulful style of yoga is rooted in Bhakti Yoga philosophy and wisdom, the yoga of love & devotion, and infused with mantras and insights on how to expand your yoga practice beyond the mat and into everyday life.

    Class begins and/or ends with live harmonium music and beautiful kirtan (melodic Sanskrit chanting) to awaken the nature of the Soul & and guide students on an uplifting journey into mind, body, and spirit. Bhakti is a celebration of and surrender to the divine within each and every being; may we gather in sangha to chant, move mindfully, and flow together to find freedom in our authentic way of being.

    Come with an open mind and heart, and leave feeling revitalized and re-awakened.

  • Finding Your Voice

    Saturday, July 20th from 1:00-4:00pm at CHACE MILL

    In this 3 hour workshop, we will explore the healing power of conscious movement, mantra, and energetic healing so that you can find and use your voice from an aligned and empowered place. You will be led through a throat chakra asana practice, immersed in mantra meditation (chanting/singing sacred sounds), and guided in exploration of what it necessary for speaking your truth.

    In this workshop you will:

    - Learn about the power of mantra and sound vibration

    - Learn about the throat chakra

    - Learn how to reach deep to create these beautiful sound vibrations authentically from and through you!

    - Find your voice. Chant & Speak from somewhere deeper within.

    This workshop will be held in-person at the Chace Mill.

  • Living Yoga: Practicing Yoga Off the Mat

    Saturday, August 24th; 1-4pm

    at Chace Mill

    In this 3 hour workshop, we will explore how building strength on our yoga mats prepares us to navigate life’s challenges and celebrations off the mat. Yoga ultimately teaches the principles of pliability to receive life: whatever comes our way, shifts and changes, up and down. We grow that capacity on the mat so we can live that capacity off the mat.

    We spend much of our time trying to live into our expectations, manage the world so they meet our expectations or assumptions, however life sometimes meets those desires & expectations and sometimes not. The teachings and practices of yoga are about creating this ability to be soft in the palms, be soft in what we grasp onto, and in that softness we are able to receive what is coming our way. And if it was not what we were expecting, we can learn to still open our palms to that arriving.

    In this workshop you will:

    - Be led through a strong vinyasa asana, while practicing softening into what’s present.

    - Discuss aspects of yogic philosophy that we can apply off the mat and in our lives

    - Learn tools to manage the highs and lows of life with grace

    - Have a safe space for self-reflection & sharing
