THE HOW: 8 virtual sessions & 2 ½ day in person immersions at the Bhaktihouse in Burlington, VT. Over 4 Months (with space to integrate and go deeper).
THE WHY: Learn how to master your energy – bring this work into your service as a yoga or massage practitioner, or already established reiki practice, or simply do this for yourself as part of your spiritual practice and toolkit. Learn the healing power of touch and allow yourself to be a conduit for healing.

You’ll receive:
Reiki 1 Certification: learn about energy, channeling healing energy & how to practice on yourself so that you can experience the power of energy healing (reducing anxiety & stress, living in your heart rather than your head, and stuck energy being held in your subtle body).
Reiki 2 Certification: learn to work with others/clients, the symbols and mantras, and be able to practice on yourself and others.
How to start your own reiki practice
Understand how to work with your own energy so that you can be a conduit of your own healing, release stuck energy, and protect & manage your energy rather than taking on the energy of others.
Developing Intuitive practices that you can do with yourself and your clients (and others) so that you can have an intimate relationship with your inner knowing and how to take action on the messages you receive from your inner guide (aka God within your heart).
Develop your Energetic Skill Set so that you have a wide array of practices and tools that will support you in rising above the noise of the mind & external circumstances, finding your center (place of inner quiet, calm, connection) amidst the chaos of material life, and the ability to listen & hear truth from the guru within.
Gather confidence in identifying as a practitioner.
Receive guidance and support as you enter the world of subtle body healing & energetic exploration.
Create an energetic sangha, spiritual community, and nurture relationships through sharing and receiving in breakout sessions.

HOW IT WORKS:
Through attunements, reiki passes from the master to the student and opens up the channels so that the student can then use reiki for healing. Attunements will be given during the dedicated ½ day in person immersions, with time given for explaining the philosophy, teaching the symbols and practice. The specific reiki symbols & mantras are passed down through energetic attunements that open the practitioner's ability to channel specific energetic healing qualities, each of a different nature & used in different circumstances (ex: to amplify/bring more power to, to harmonize, and to send distances).
Part 1: Reiki Level 1 Intensive
During this training you will build a relationship with Rei (universal consciousness/divine energy), receive first attunement.
There will be 2 virtual sessions where we will prepare and energetically open before our in person immersion at the Bhaktihouse in Burlington, VT. Then we will have 2 more virtual sessions to process, integrate, and deepen post immersion.
Part 2: Reiki Level 2 Intensive
During this part of our training, you will learn the reiki symbols & mantras, how to channel different types of energy, and receive your second reiki attunement
There will be 2 virtual sessions where we will marinate in and learn intuitive practices to become clearer channels of source energy before our in person immersion at the Bhaktihouse in Burlington, VT. Then we will have 2 more virtual sessions to process, integrate, and deepen post immersion.

In each session you’ll learn a new technique, have time to practice and discuss it, ask questions, and have action steps to take in between sessions.

What if I miss a session?
*If you’re not able to make a live call, there will be a recording and you will have access to the recording after.
What if I can’t make it live to the immersion?
*If you can’t make it to an in person immersion, there will be an option to dial in virtually.
What will I be able to do after this training?
*After this training, you can start offering your own reiki sessions to yourself and others, you’ll have guidance & support.
